Fill out the form on the preceding page. You will be directed to the online application for University of Southern Indiana. After you submit the application, you will need to complete the following steps:
Submit a one-time, non-refundable $40 application fee.
Submit an official transcript from each college/university attended.
U.S. residents with international coursework must submit for evaluation by NACES (National Association of Credential Evaluation Services) official transcripts from the international institution in both English and the native language if other than English.
Check your admission status by returning to the application and entering the ID and PIN you created when completing your application.
